Fazoli’s “Naturally Italian” Campaign

The Brief
Fazoli’s was facing challenges staying relevant in the competitive fast-casual dining space. The brand sought a refresh to attract new audiences, communicate menu improvements, and broaden its reach. Chefs had developed a new menu free of artificial ingredients, providing a key differentiator to highlight.

My Creative Strategy
I led the creative direction for a multi-channel campaign that showcased the brand’s refreshed positioning. This included TV spots, point-of-purchase materials, social content, and supporting collateral. The work emphasized the quality of the new menu and positioned Fazoli’s as a modern, approachable choice for fast-casual dining, using storytelling and bold visuals to engage both existing and new audiences.

The Outcome
The campaign successfully reintroduced Fazoli’s to the market with a cohesive visual identity and clear messaging about its menu improvements. The refreshed brand presence drove awareness, strengthened consumer perception, and positioned Fazoli’s to compete more effectively in the fast-casual landscape.
