Tandem Rebrand

The Brief
Tandem, a free app that matches childcare providers with families, needed a full rebrand to modernize its look and feel. The goal was to redesign the app experience to drive engagement, strengthen trust, and increase downloads.

The Creative Strategy
I led the rebrand from concept through execution, defining the creative vision and aligning cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and key stakeholders. My approach centered on building a user-first design system: refreshed visual identity, streamlined UX/UI, and a storytelling framework that positioned Tandem as both approachable and reliable. I also established scalable brand guidelines to ensure seamless consistency across product and marketing touchpoints.

The Outcome
